Ichiro Suzuki, a Major League Baseball player, is about to break the Japan record of the total hits.   Ichiro hit a grand slam yesterday’s game, and this made it the total of 3085 hits.   This record has been built since he started his career as a professional baseball player.  The record  ties to the Japan record and another hit will make a new record.  Yesterday was Jackie Robinson Day and all the players wore No. 42 uniforms in the game for honoring the first black baseball player, but Ichiro will wear the usual 51 uniform when he will make a new history.
